Benefits of going to the dentist
Overall Wellness
Going to the dentist will help your child’s teeth thrive but it doesn’t stop there. Children with healthy smiles are more likely to have better physical health too. Plaque that coats the teeth needs to be professionally removed or those toxins can get into their bloodstream.
Saves Time & Money
We get that going to the dentist takes time and money too. But prevention and knowledge are key in saving your child from time and money spent on serious procedures that we can prevent through cleanings, exams, and x-rays.
Empowers Little Smiles
Missing, cracked, misaligned, or yellow teeth can impact your child’s confidence. Going to the dentist sets them up for dreaming and smiling boldly with shining, healthy teeth that will boost their confidence.
But they’re only Baby Teeth!
That’s why the American Academy of Pediatric Dentistry recommends infants come in for their first appointment as soon as their first baby tooth erupts. That way we can start getting your child acclimated to our dental home and set them up to grow into a healthy, spirited smile.
When to go
to the dentist
If your child is 0-6 years old, our goal is to get your child comfortable and excited about going to the dentist.
For ages 6-12, we will work on oral habits such as how to brush properly, the importance of flossing, and give parents useful tips and tricks to inspire children to keep up with it.
We make it a priority to inspire and empower our 12 and up patients to not only continue the great habits they’ve learned but let them know that they have a safe space to dream and simply be themselves.
No matter their age, our goal is to educate kids and parents on dental hygiene and create a space free of dental anxiety.
